Mark does have a point there....especially paired with strawberries in this delicious smoothie!
We had some left-over watermelon sitting in the fridge, and I thought why not have a melon smoothie. Watermelon is also a cooling food - good for someone hot-blooded like me! Helps cool down your eczema & inner heat.......& it's delicious! What more could you ask for?!
Watermelon Strawberry Smoothie
1. In a blender, combine: 1 few chunks of juicy watermelon (discarding the seeds), a handful of fresh strawberries, Tbsp. flax oil (optional), and a few Tbsp. of almond milk (or substitute).
2. Blend it up.
Add more milk as needed - to keep it smooth & easy:)
Serve it up & ENjoy!!
