MEAL #2: Grilled Polenta Cakes, Grilled Sausages & Warm Spinach Salad


Dylan got cooking!! - Grilled Polenta Cakes, Grilled Sausage & Warm Spinach Salad 
- isn't my bf so nice:) I went to yoga the other night & he made me this delicious meal when I got home!
The polenta cakes are so good, they'll fill your carb carving for sure:)

Grilled Polenta Cakes & Sausages
You can skip the sausages.........but if your a meat eater, they were delicious!
1.  Heat up a few Tbsps. of olive oil in a large skillet pan over medium high heat.  
2.  Slice up some polenta out of roll package.  Place the slices in the pan to heat up.  Add your sausages too if you're having 'em. 
3.  Brown everything on both sides.  Once the polenta slices are cooked sprinkle w/ salt & pepper.

Warm Spinach Salad
1.  In a skillet, heat up Tbsp. or two of olive oil.  Add in 1/2 sliced red onion & 2 sliced garlic cloves.  Cook up until translucent !
2.  Place a few handfuls of cleaned spinach in a bowl to fill it up.  Once the onions & garlic are cooked, pour it over the spinach.  This will cook up the spinach.  (Dylan also put it in the oven for a minute on warm to keep it warmed & cook it up for another minute)  Yum!
