Banana Berry Honey Nut Smoothie


You have got to try this! - Not only because it's delicious and tastes more like a milk shake than breakfast, but because it gives you the vitamins and energy you need to get you going all day long!!  I added in some peanut butter (you could put any nut butter, if you want) - to give a little extra protein and keep me filled up:).



Banana Berry Honey Nut Smoothie
1.  In a blender, combine: 2 bananas, 1/2 cup frozen or fresh blueberries (or other berries), 2-3 Tbsp. peanut butter, 1-2 Tbsp. honey (- both depending on your taste), 1Tbsp. of flax oil (optional) and about 1/4 cup almond milk, or more as needed to keep it smooth.  Blend it all up.............
