Now, here's the recipe:):
Tropical Citrus Smoothie
(makes enough for one)
1. In a blender, combine: 1 banana, 1/4 cup orange juice (or juice of one orange), 1/2 grapefruit + 1/2 juiced, and 1/4 -1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks. You can also add 1 Tbsp. flax oil (optional). Puree until smooth.
